Arrival Procedure

1. Executive  busses assigned to all arriving commercial flights.
2. After clearing customs, please sign in at the transfer desk and an agent will assist you.
3. Please note that we will ask you to identify your bags and attach color coded hotel/luggage tags hotel.

Departure Procedure

1. Your Airport representative  will meet you in the lobby of your hotel about 120 minutes  prior to your flight.
2. He/she will register your bags and with the carrier’s official tags.
3. After that point , note that you will not have access to your luggage.
4. You will then  be invited to board the shuttle taking you to the airport.
5. Your luggage will be directed to security and then to the aircraft.
6. You will receive your boarding pass at the airline counter located at the airport.

Q. How much is the hotel shuttle  ?
A.  This courtesy shuttle is part of the Airport services, included in the fees.

Q.  How much is the airport fee ?
A.  28 $ +taxes per departing passenger.

Q.  How do we pay the airport fee ?
A.  At the airport counter, before going trough security.

Q.   I bought my vacation in an all inclusive package, is this service included ?
A.  Typically  yes, all inclusive packages will include the airport fee.

Q.  Do we need to make a reservation to get the service ?
A.  Yes,  it is preferable if you want to insure your seat on the shuttle.
